I don't know what the original cover image was (please PM me btw, I wanna see it) but with a quick google search, I found some possible options for a cover image you could use.
This one could work, although it's skirting that questionable line a little bit. Not to mention that AJ's appearence here doesn't quite match what you described (a full outfit instead of a bikini and a mask instead of a hat). So you might have to rewrite your description a little if you want to use this one.

Sorry to hear about your ban, mate. (And I'm sorry your blog got hijacked by that Chris-Chan wannabe.) I agree you should be allowed to have nsfw covers on mature rated stories, and especially when it's not full on shagging/discharge/etc depicted.
Just don't go into full on crusade mode over it. It's not worth the time and most likely won't change the minds of the highups.
You could easily expand that paragraph into an entire chapter if you added in some dialogue and fleshed out the character dynamics a little.

That's called the "first person" perspective. It is a valid style of story telling (think of "The Hunger Games") but if you use that format, this extra paragraph at the end briefly describing what's going through other characters heads doesn't fit. The whole point of writing in first person is that the audience discovers everything with the character while that last paragraph is closer to the "third person omniscient" perspective (describing anyone, anywhere, any time.) You can use whatever perspective format you want but pick one and stick to it. Generally, flipping between formats tends to look sloppy. I'm not saying it isn't possible to pull it off effectively, but accomplishing such a feat would require a very skilled writer.

You could still portray that same information without switching perspectives. Just delay the reveal until later on when they actually find Applejack. That way, not only will you have reader's guessing about everypony else's reaction (keeping some suspense (that's a good thing)) but when they do find AJ, you might even be able to work in some feels where everyone's relieved to find her . . . yet she doesn't recognize them. That's what I would have done anyway.
