I just really don't like him anyway
Among other things, there are two things really bothering me. Long-range teleportation from Ponyville to Canterlot and knocking on a door at the castle and being welcomed by the princess as a result. The second makes it seem like the castle is just a small condo. Long-range teleportation, I can stomache, due to Twilicorn, but Celestia living in a 2DLK (bigger on the inside) felt weird.

Celestia had been expecting her from what Celestia told Twilight later in the story. So no doubt she'd be close to the door. Now the long range of teleportation was indeed a stretch, but I believe that Twi is capable.
Hmmm, it's okay, but I think a little bit more interaction between Celestia and Twilight before Twilight confessed would make the story flow a lot nicer. And I personally think the confession is just a tiny bit rushed.
I can tell; This story has a lot of room for improvement. A good try, though! Keep it up!
