This story is a sequel to It Is Too Late

The Storm King has gained the power of the alicorns. While the rest of the Main Six attack to rescue Twilight, she tries to convince Tempest Shadow and Darth Vader to stop what they are trying to do, but it will end up costing a life of one in a sacrifice in the end.

A very special thanks to EJLightning007arts for making the first story art image for this story...Or half of it at least.

This Star Wars/MLP crossover is set during the MLP movie, as a "What If Darth Vader was in My Little Pony: The Movie". After success of "I Will Not Fail", people requested sequels, so I plan to make 5 sequels. This is the final of the 5.

With MLP movie Star Wars crossover over, are you planning to resume work on the Abacus Sum trilogy that has been sitting abandoned for years and can you try to do the sequel that has been cancelled by someone you know?

Finally, after nearly 5 years, but I say it was worth the weight, especially how long it is

This was truly beautiful a conclusion, my dude!

Yet the question remains.....

If Vader is dead, Palpatine may be in serious trouble in the galaxy far far away, and will need a new apprentice to help enforce his rule!

So glad to see this series get a proper conclusion. This was phenomenal, big W! And thanks for being an inspiration for me to start writing my own stories! :)

Well, well, well, better late than never. :ajsmug:

Although, this will greatly change the Star Wars Timeline with Vader's "absence".

I mean, Emperor Palpatine/Sidious and his Galactic Empire is still around.

True, but I'm guessing that the Rebellion would have a "easier" time against the Imperial's, without Vader hunting them down in Episode 5-6.

Edit: Not done typing.

In that moment, for the very first time in a long time, Tempest Shadow was overcome with guilt and remorse. Reflecting on all the terrible things that she had done. Betraying her own kind, making a deal with the devil, hurting, enslaving, and even killing so many countless lives. And it was all for nothing based on a lie. She felt that she did not deserve any mercy, or to live. And here, Twilight Sparkle, the alicorn princess of friendship, was trying to save her life. But in that moment, her eyes locked on with her. Seeing her eyes filled with nothing but compassion, care, hope, grace, and mercy towards an enemy.

But I doubt many other non-pony characters, especially the likes of Queen Novo, her kingdom, or the other once conquered kingdoms by the Storm King's tyranny would be as so forgiving to Tempest.

“Nothing can change it, Ani. Nothing can bring back someone who is gone. Even so, it’s not worth the cost, Ani.” Padme motioned towards the Storm King. “And you witnessed what he did. He’s no different to the sith that turned you. He’s only using you for his own gain of power. …and when he gets what he wants, he’ll betray and destroy you. You know it’s true…deep down…you know it’s all true.”

“Vader!” The Storm King shouted out in a petulant manor, causing Twilight and Tempest to turn to him. “How could you do this?! I was planning to keep you around! We could have been partners! We could’ve really ruled together! Make the world our playground for our big-bad-powerful-magic-ruler thing!” He shrugged his shoulders as his demeanor shifted to sardonic and cold. “Oh, well. All the more for me, I guess. I don’t need you anymore either!”

Tempest Shadow leaped over the main six with all her strength, landing behind them in the path of the obsidian sphere, as it shattered against Tempest's body. A green mist was released, and spread around, beginning to magically turn anything living into obsidian statues. The green mist spread towards the Storm King as Tempest Shadow dived towards the Storm King, causing the Storm King to reel back in shock. Everything seems to happen in slow motion with both Tempest and the Storm King starting to crystallize from being exposed to the magic green mist. The Storm King crystallized into obsidian, as his frozen statue began to fall to the ground. His crystallization finished mid-way falling, his now obsidian statued body plummeting, until finally he hit. An audible crash was heard, as the Storm King’s body smashed into pieces upon impact.

And, just like that, the Storm King was no more. Only the smashed, broken pieces of an obsidian statue remained of the once evil tyrant. The same evil tyrant that had invaded and conquered countless civilizations, enslaved, maimed, and even killed, countless people, and stripped them of their precious treasures and magic. The one who took advantage of and manipulated those like Tempest Shadow to do his bidding. All, for what other purpose, but to serve his greed, and to insure his dominance over all and everything. And for all of his unspeakable and unforgivable crimes, he had suffered the ultimate consequence. One that was so deserving of one so evil with no hope of redemption.

Dang, I was hoping that Vader/Anakin would be the one to finish that tyrant wannabe off.

The Main Six, along with Tempest began to walk their way back into the throne room. As they entered the throne, they heard something that made them stop. A labored mechanical breathing was heard. Their eyes widened when they saw Darth Vader lying on the floor, pinned down by rubble. Twilight and Tempest looked shocked and concerned, while the rest of the Main Six were horrified, believing that there was one more enemy still alive.

Twilight was about to protest, but stopped, as she processed the first part of Darth Vader’s dying words. She knew, somehow, that the power of the staff could possibly save him, but knew also that she had not fully researched its fullest power yet. Even if she had the book to research it, she would be too late by the time that she did. She then came to understand that the former sith lord was accepting his fate.

The proof of the Storm King’s defeat was evident, as his remains were discovered in the royal castle courtyard. They discovered that when the staff had turned everything back, it had also turned the Storm King’s remains back from obsidian. It was a horrifyingly graphic sight to have seen. So much so, that the princesses could not dare to even have it published. They ordered the royal guards to collect the Storm King’s remains, bury them in an unmarked grave, before cleaning and sterilising the area.

As Twilight finished putting the broken lightsaber in Anakin’s hands, the crystal turned from red to white, before it fluctuated one more time, and finally fainted out. After that, Tempest and Twilight nod towards Celestia, confirming that everything was now prepared. Nodding back, Celestia continued.

A sad tear watered in Pinkie Pie’s eyes as she recalled the former sith lord’s dying words, with the glow of the burning fire being reflected in them. She wiped her eyes as she said while trying to overlap her sadness. “Anakin Skywalker…That is the most awesome name ever.”

Finally... after so long, the finale is finally out...

Peak crossover. I loved how threatening Vader was during this series, as well his sacrifice at the end. Felt like he came straight from the movies. 10/10

I'll be honest, this was as I feared it would be. A very disappointing final chapter. It plays out just like the movie, except Darth Vader just haphazardly put in there. Barely any changes made. It just feels...LAZY. No creativity whatsoever. You honestly should have just had Vader kill the Storm King before he used the staff and then have him go back to his galaxy to finish off the story of Star Wars, because honestly, Vader would NEVER believe anybody like the Storm King would l bring back his wife, let alone be overpowered or killed by somebody like him. Also, how do ponies know the song "Amazing grace"? I just feel very...VERY disappointed is all.

He never got to see Luke.

And that's what disappointed me about this chapter. It's just the MLP movie, but with Vader inserted in without any major changes to the story, and also negatively impacts the rest of the Star Wars trilogy.
