Is constantly linking to your original works really necessary?

8702984 Yes. Not only is Jumbled Thoughts now a new free source of my writing, of which I've written almost 30k words for, but they're also the projects that in theory can allow me to become an actual writer full time. Can pay my bills and such like that, and take up a lot of my creative energies nowadays. I mean, I haven't posted anything MLP related for months because of my original works.

I know some people will find it annoying, but like youtubers saying 'Like, comment, subscribe,' I need to mention my original works.

I have to say, this was as enjoyable as it was unexpected. Gotta say, if Applejack showed up on my doorstep like that, I definitely would not be able to control myself as well as Dave did here.
The conversation was both funny and heartwarming...which from what I've seen in Jumbled Thoughts, is pretty much standard Dave conversation.

...now why do I have the mental image of Dave coming home one day to find Sarah teaching Applejack 'hell dancing' as a way to both stay fit when farm chores were few and to make a guy happy if she found herself one?

...and now I'm imagining Pinkie Pie introducing Kell to the concept of parties.
...and now I'm imagining Rarity trying to introduce Asa to 'high fashion'...and Asa's attitude leading to her trying to introduce her boot to Rarity's ass in response.

...and now I'm getting the very heartwarming imagining of Twilight befriending Sarah, followed by the following conversation.
Twilight: So you're a demoness? Wow, I've never met one before! What's it like in Hell as a resident instead of a tortured soul? How does your magic differ from what we have? Does Hell have any connections to Tartarus-
Sarah: You're...you're not at all upset or fearful about me being a...demoness?
Twilight: *shrug* Why would I be?
Sarah: But...but I exist to...to sow temptation and turn souls...and...
Twilight: That wasn't your choice anymore than it was my choice to get these. *flaps wings* We can't choose the hands we're dealt in life, and your choices show you to be a good person regardless. Besides, you're my friend.

...and now I just made myself cry.
