It's a world where man are women, and women are slightly manlier women. Where prissy stallions wait for mares to buy them drinks at bars, and where mares will beat their horsebando if he doesn't have dinner waiting for her when she gets back home from work. Typically a mishmash of gender stereotypes from different eras, simplified and exaggerated for simplicity and comedy. Seeing things like a mare propose to my human self-insert character does terrible and great things to my heart.
I wish we can actually see Luna do the test

You can fuck right off with this story. I was not expecting what I read because I don't feel this story was appropriately tagged in the description. When this story was mentioned to me as an "RGRE" story, I assumed, in my own innocence, that it was an acronym for "Really good Rarity entertainment" and instead I'm treated with this load of hogwash.

Reversed gender roles in Equestria, stallions have feminine roles while mares take on masculine roles. This story was somewhat light on rgre compared to a lot of what I've read so new folks might miss it or misunderstand. Examples from the story was the girly male maid, the tough looking mare guards and Celestia referencing Kai not raising any foals at home like a male should and her leveraging her position of power and his for sex like some unscrupulous dudes do irl.
I'll be honest, for all the hype i got from reading the intro, i thought there would be an extended scene with the face-sitting. Don't get me wrong, it wasnt bad, but i was expecting something a little more, i don't know, something with a bit more mph. Celestia being a strong-dom was nice, but the main draw of the story was only a few lines.

You should make this multiple sentences. It is far too long for 1. Also I would kind of expect him to be quite cautious with Celestia. After all if he offends her in some way or does something wrong he can never return to equestria.

You could also do a scene description just before they start. It makes sense that he would take a second to take in his situation. In sex scene's you need to be very clear about positions as they are very important and can easily get confusing.
He could have but then again being the only known creature of his species put him at extinction level rarity. Dying in general would of been a bad move.
Not necessarily princess, major benefits come from trade, ideas, growth, products, especially that of creatures who have figured out solutions to automate just about everything. Ironically we are putting ourselves out of jobs because machines do it ten times faster and better
with progress requires new forms of education and work.
Unfortunately you ask a question that cannot be answered Celestia, contributing for a nation is not seen by individual but as many, even if he could work he would be in this exact situation to get citizenship because if your laws are anything like our own work requires taxes and you cant tax a worker who isnt seen as a citizen much less find him reliable work in any higher education jobs which means he would be reduced to working manual labor at minimum with no formal salary or contractual income.
Aforementioned problem above, and again lucrative on what counts as benefit, tourist come from other countries all the time and do the same thing yet generate trade and income from various places. Kaiden in this case could of shared ideas or even problem solving solutions for free that have benefited the area, I would reccomend a letter from admittance to his friends to back their desire for him to stay or not stay. And then the general community consensus of if he should have the right to stay.
Rhetorical question, any worker with sufficient knowledge and resources can do anything that others cannot; it's like asking a group of plumbers to fix a single pipe but how they go about it and their efficiency is different. All of them can fix the problem, what you want to ask is how can you prevent it from happening again. This is what changes contribution efforts as it doesnt just effect one individual with a problem but a nation with all other problems to be solved.

I'm not sure I'm fully comfortable with this Celestia, or with how things turned out... If I were him, I'd be slightly turned off by her demand, especially because it came from a position of power - if she were to dominate me in a casual setting, I'd enjoy every second of it... but as-is? Somewhat degrading, I think... I mean, I get where she's coming from - a perfect opportunity, as it were...
Also, the thing about him having to bargain for his right to stay felt quite OOC for her, but maybe that's not such a bad thing. You'd certainly expect something like that from a prince, on Earth... so it kinda fits w/ RGRE this way. Still... I'm not sure how I feel about it, exactly. But... it could be used more often, not specifically in smut - it holds promise to make a story quite interesting.
In the end, my reactions are mixed. It certainly felt like a test, that's for sure. I wonder if she'd want to include Twilight in this testing of hers some time down the line... ;] I mean, it's important to get accurate readings, and what better way than to use separate data collection points?
