Oooooooooooooooooo.

I am almost sad that Pinkie is off having visions, because a Pinkie Pie new pony party welcome for this stranger would be kind awesome.

I look forward to the rest of this!

Oh dear. I wonder when NICE will show up?

Was there some decaying shred of baseline human in them that wanted to pretend it had not ascended to commune with the macrobe?

Ah. There it is!

This certainly is an interesting take on (sort of) HiE...

Judging by the references in this chapter, that would be a very, very bad idea...

Your Southern Gothic style would certainly make for an interesting crossover to be sure

Nice start!

Surely some revelation is at hand

Are we humans in it?

This is amazing. You have me well and truly hooked. Eagerly looking forward to more. This promises to be a truly fascinating culture clash.

C.S. Lewis would have had a lot to say about the faceless cyberpunk megacorporations, especially ones ruled by vast, cool and unsympathetic posthuman intelligences.

I'm glad to see that Equestria is not being caught unaware!

The shadow of that
hideous
strength
six miles high its
length

Not really my kind of read, but I'll bite.

Beyond being curious to see what happens next, I love how you displayed Twilight entering "Princess mode", for lack of a better term. Not to mention your creepy take on Agents/Men in Black, and a slightly more nuanced Pinkie.

For a moment, I thought it was going to go full Gray Goo, but there wouldn't be quite as much narrative potential.
