I honestly like the idea of Spike becoming a Incubus. I mean Dragons are already creatures with stronger emotions than any other creature. SO if he was changed into one that feeds off of sex and love it would be multiplied on him making him into a real beast about it. Not to mention it would give Twilight a real equal and partner in this. Succubus can't be satisfied by anything other than one of their own kind. SO her having Spike will fill a natural need for her, and him having two tools as well as already base line Dragon's stamina he will be the perfect pleasure partner for her. She has had him as her partner in life all these year of course she would make him one for her in this next chapter lol. I think she would just love to see Spike ruin as many mares as she does and having him be more or less her just ravishing destroyer of mare lol.

I like your reasoning
Originally, I was torn between two different branches for this story: a pretty dark, shorter one (imp) and a 'nicer', longer one (succubus).
In my current draft the Incubus path was meant as a middle ground, but you have actually given me some nice ideas. Maybe I'll be taking this path in a complete different direction than I have planned.
However, I am sorry to disappoint you, but this version of Spike has set his eyes on somepony else, as has Twilight.
Additionally, Twilight still considers Spike as something like her own son, rather than a partner.
Of course, this doesn't mean they can't have some fun together. After all, this story's main theme is corruption and Twilight still needs a little bit more of it.
Let's see what happens next

I can see that, and honestly I think the Son angle works as well. She can care for him and want him to be the same as her as a mother to a son. But she also has needs and needs somepony, or better a drake, to satisfy her just in a way no other can. I can see them both having the ones they desire they can't help that and want them to have their loves. But they are or will be creatures of sex and that is something they NEED. So while they may love each other as family, family must do what they have to do for each other and in this case it is satisfy each others urges of desire that their romantic partners just can't physically do lol. And honestly they both would have huge desires for love and lust. SO even with their romantic partners they will would want to feed on others as well. With the insane natural charm and control of the effected it wouldn't be that hard for them to bring their romantic partners into line and addicting this is just how it is. There are just alot of fun places this story could go, and corruption is really a subjective thing. One person's corrupt is another's love. They would be spreading the love to all those they care about. And honestly a Incubus Spike charming Rarity and making HER putty in his claws or dominating a super sub shy as Twi has a wild and thrilling time with Dash and enjoy the peak, of a normal pony anyway, like Big Mac. Would just be fun. And as it goes their, 'corruption' I mean desire to spread love will grow and grow lol.
I like imp. Seems appropriate a soulless Twilight turns him into a small minion.
My vote for succubus/incubus Spike would probably be heavily biased, given how much I fantasize about him dominating me. >w<
But if you choose to go with an Imp-Spike, I’d be down with that too.
I think spike would be better as an imp he doesn't get to have any power over any pony and keeping him tiny and submissive would keep him that.
I vote on spike being an incubus. Would love to see both him and twilight corrupt the rest of their friends.

They are known to be that way yes. I tend to just state it as Dragon's are creatures of pure instinct and feeling. They feel deeper than most. If they greed they will still everything, if they are enraged they will burn the world, and if they are lustful they wont stop till they break the mind of their partner and make them have their child. I was thinking on that nature for Spike becoming what he would become. If he does it would be a great multiplier on his dragon nature. It wouldn't be contradictory elements like it is for a pony but it would flow together so well Spike honestly would adapt and grow into his role very easily as he does what is the most natural thing to a Dragon.... he will feel.
