Centaur Equestria Girls... that's a new one.
Whilst I like the concept I think the transformation was a little bit rushed. Maybe if she'd starting changing after she'd eaten one of the cakes, perhaps? Also, whilst I can see Maud just accepting that Pinkie is a centaur now I don't think she'd have interest in turning into one.
That being said, you captured Pinkie's character well and there's enough potential that I'd be interested in reading more. Good job.
