Before I even BEGIN to read this, I've noticed a pattern in the endings in the x seies. The pattern is that each ending ends like saw. Was that intentional or was it just for shits and giggles?

You could say that. I wanted the end to set up the next and have it end with that saw type thing. Not sure if I meant it to be saw or if I did it subconsciously, but after hearing reactions such as yours, I can say I accept that I maybe meant it to be Saw-ish. Movies and games I like often inspire my works without me knowing. So, this was probably one of them.
