Definitely there's a lot of fun Apogee/JS stuff I want to do once I'm through with the initial weekend (2 maybe three chapters remain).

Yeah you've nailed it. I'm definitely just a kid in a playground right now, and leaving things so that Shino has full authority over the actual main canon.
The little side charas that have popped up have been tons of fun to write, and make a little suite of friends for the Aerospace family!

once again i am taken aback by how good of a writer you are u are quickly becoming my most favorite artist as of late you show real potential and i will gladly support these fics as best i can keep up the good work man and high praise from me you earned it.
Do you really need to make every small stand-alone chapter be it's own story page? Why didn't you just make a side-story compilation instead? Maybe even put them into the main story as omakes.
I feel like at this rate, you're Apogee series is going to have fifteen installments, with thirteen of them being 2000 words or less snippets.
I think it should be called more of a side story than a sequel, I mean the other one isn't even completed yet.

Yeah, you're not incorrect they are just side stories.
Originally I was just leaving them on DB if the stories were less than, say, 2000 words.
Then I got a ton of PMs from fans who wanted to keep them all on fimfic in their Apogee folders, so I started posting here.
You may have the best solution which is a side story compilation fic, with each chapter being one of these side stories.
I'll gauge the feel and see if that's what I should go for... As I've said all these side stories are kind of fun offshoots from pictures. The main fic continues unabated. I just edited over 4500 words today!

Seriously, though I'm sure the followers will come (or go) depending on how I maintain (or degrade) the quality of my work.
In the meantime the followers I do have are pretty awesome. They draw crazy good Apogee pics that force me to write more and more smut.
I like the idea of having a single Apogee compilation/compendium fic where all of your short side stories about Apogee all have their own chapters. Might make things a tad easier for you, too.

Yeah I'm starting to lean that way too... Couple of things I'd want to figure out / know first:
1. I'd need a bitchin' cover art. And a sick name for the compendium. I don't want something I regret the next day... (Already i look at this story title and I'm like... What was I thinking? Was I drunk?)
2. Can you rejigger chapters? Like if I do chapter 1 then chapter 2 then I write a chapter 3 but chronologically it comes before chapter 2 can I switch things around?
If not I might need to come up with some way to tell time in the ficverse... Like 3 weeks AAL (after any landing), or something that I put t the start of the story... Reason being is that as artwork comes out I'll probably shotgun stories all over the place in terms of chronology.
3. It seems as if updated fics get less of a 'push' from the site than new fics. This is the least important of the three, but it's nice to get as many fans exposed to the 'verse as possible!
Apogee is not holding back anymore, is she? Especially if she's bringing her best friend (I wonder how things will turn out with her brother if she's open to this). Another satisfying sexy quick story. It's extremely cute and sweet that Jet Stream does his very best to at least have a special day with her despite how stressful and hectic his job is, even if it does everything to prevent him from having that spare time. Maybe it's just me, but I'm more interested in process of the romance and them becoming lovers and all the hurdles they have to go through to hide it all throughout that time. I find it all strangely sweet. The lewds are a huge bonus though.
