Welcome to Ponyville

The train was loud, nopony was in the train expect from one pegasus named Songbird Serendae. She was all alone in her cabin with no pony there, she read a few magazines when the hours passed of where she wanted to go to, Ponyville. Just to relax, not worry about fame at all and enjoy a peaceful hearts warming. Songbird was thinking later on about the friendship festival and how it had to come to a wait, she had a sad face thinking about being locked up in cages to be Storm Kings slaves but everything turned out well in the end, did it? The train stopped, Songbird grabbed her luggage and headed out the door. She hoped that no pony would ask her about autographs, Songbird took a deep breath and walked out of the door.

Songbird was lucky not to be crowded with fans all over her since she was a famous singer. The ponies there to her were just completely normal and chill. The light lime pegasus took another look at the ponies of Ponyville so she could get in her comfort zone. She wheeled her sparkly sliver bag with her cutie mark on there and went away to Ponyvilles resort she booked.

She walked on the streets of Ponyville checking her map that she had grabbed from the train station. She noticed a pony that she recognised from the friendship festival, a pink pony with a bubbly wavey pink mane and baby blue eyes. She ran up to the pony for directions.

"Hi miss, I think we've meet before?"

"OMG!!! WE HAVE!!" Pinkie Pie shouted and hugged Songbird. "From the Friendship festival! I'm so happy to see you in Ponyville!" Pinkie exploded into joy but overtime relaxed and let go of her hug. "So how can I help?"

"Well...." Songbird started of with. "I'm looking for Ponyville's resort. I'm spending hearts warming there and I'm kinda lost, can you help me?"

"Of course silly! I wouldn't let anypony hanging," Pinkie replied rolling her eyes. "Follow me! By the way my names Pinkie Pie."

"Welp here you go Songbird, maybe you can meet my friends once you've settled into your room. Meet me by Ponyville lake today at 2pm sharp, bye bye!!" Pinkie Pie galloped away from Songbird. Songbird continued to wheel her bags to her destination, all she had to do next was check in.

"Hi, I'm here for a check in under 'Songbird'."

"Hello, Songbird let me check that for you deary." The mare at the counter replied looking through the list of names. "Ah here we go. Songbird was it?"

"Correct miss."

"Well heres your room key. Theres a tourist attraction slip right by those seats over there so you can check out what our town has to offer. Enjoy your stay and have a happy hearts warming." She waved at Songbird.

"Thank you!" Songbird replied back grabbing a slip of the tourist attractions heading towards the elevator. Songbird whistled in the elevator waiting to go up to her floor level 10 room 4. Once the elevator stopped she removed her luggage from the elevator collecting her belongings and heading towards her room. Songbird opened the door with her room key seeing a nice and luxury room aerodynamic. She dropped her bags down flying towards that ceiling letting her wings free, she realised the door was still open and she quickly closed the door. Ok, I've got two hours before I meet that Pink pony and her friends by the Ponyville lake. What to do now? Three word relaxation and chillax, Songbird thought of lying on her bed reading some magazines she bought from home.

Songbird reading the Play Pony magazines she quickly checked her time and only had five minutes till 2pm. She rushed to put her magazine down get herself ready and fly quickly over to the lake. Songbird figured that there was a balcony and she could just open it and fly over to her place she is needed at and she went with that plan. She closed the door and opened her pale lime wings flying over to Ponyvilles lake.

"H-Hi s-sory I'm late. I lost track of time." Songbird said.

"Its no problem. Not everypony is here yet but Rainbow Dash, AppleJack, Fluttershy, and Rarity. I'll introduce you to them" Pinkie replied walking over to her friends. Songbird followed Pinkie Pie.

"Hey everypony! Do you guys remember Songbird Serendae?" Pinkie Pie asked. Everypony agreed with her. "Anyways Songbird this is Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, AppleJack and Rarity and Twilight Sparkle should be coming soon." Pinkie pointing at everypony.

"Hi its really nice to meet you all," Songbird replied.

"Pinkie sorry I'm late I had to send something over to Princess Celestia." Twilight replied running with Spike.

"Yea Twi was going nuts about it." Spike replied.

"Oh Twilight don't mind if I bring somepony along with me?" Pinkie Pie asked.

"Its no problem Pinkie, Songbird hi. Its so nice to see you again." Twilight replied giving Songbird a hug.

"Hello your highness. Its really great to see you to." Songbird replied.

"You don't have to call me by royal names, its just casual 'Twilight' is fine."

"Thank you,"

"So Songbird what are you here in Ponyville for?" Fluttershy asked.

"Oh me? Just a little bit of a vacation away from home. I need something different."

"Thats nice. Where 'bouts do you live?" AppleJack questioned.

"Oh Rainbow Falls. It's really nice there but it can get pretty busy from time to time." Songbird said.

"Nice, how exactly do the Rainbows taste." Pinkie replied coming up to Songbirds face.

"Pinkie Pie darling, thats a little rude and we all know Rainbows are spicy."Rarity said removing Pinkie Pie from Songbird. "I'm so sorry about that Pinkie Pie can be a little, Pinkie Pie really."

"Thats ok,"

"Also another question. On a scale from 1-10, how strong would you rate yourself with your flying?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Um, maybe a seven. I am pretty strong with my wings but not in like acrobats but I can do some." Songbird answered. "Hey, aren't you the Wonderbolt that got into cotton candy and messed up a show?"

Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes and sighed in a defeat. "Yup that was me. Its all over Equestria, I'm pretty embarrassed about it."

Everypony laughed and chatted more about themselves. Songbird seemed to have a great time, she was happy. Usually for her it would be hard to make friends form her famous career.
