I mean, if you want to get technically, Gabe is in a away an ambassador, he is the only human so he represent the entire human race, he is both a species in risk of going extinct and the most powerful being of his race, I imagine Fluttershy at least might be interest or worry…je perhaps a rival to Cadence? Hmm nah…but it raise the question of if he can impregnate Cadence? And if so will encourage the preservation of a new species by asking if he will breed with multiple partners?

So yeah, Gabe is not as small as he believed he is, the only thing that is stoping him of claiming the tittle 'king of the humans' is he saying it himself. In this case, he can give himself any title he wish and it will carried because he is all there is, and no one can say anything because there is no one to go against it
