I consider it a privilege to have seen you develop and grow as a writer, Sand. I can remember the very first thing you showed me of yours. It was terrible and i admit to an uncharitable desire to just ignore you and carry on. Then I remember the example set by Damaged, when he helped me learn, so I decided to pay it forward by editing for you. You listened and you got better. With every chapter you wrote you made leaps and bounds forward. Have you learned everything? No, because no one ever does. But, you have well and truly begun to walk down the path of being a writer, and I am honoured to have played a small part in that.

You've also set foot on one of the greatest and most glorious paths that a person can. That of walking through life, hand in hand with someone, sharing each others triumphs and tragedies. Of sharing your soul with someone, not because you have to, but because you want to.

May your lives together be long and happy, may your joys be many and your worries few. May your spirits always soar in the clouds and may you always have sweet love and affection for each other.

D'aww. That was adorable. Happy anniversary! I would say I thought the pet names with a little too sweet, but Pinkie's giving me the stink-eye so I won't.

I have to ask, though: Are the story and chapter titles a refrence to a Pokemon song? I'm such a nerd.
