I'm quite curious to see where this goes. Twilight seems disconnected in a very interesting way. I wonder... do all these later ponies remember many of the earlier ones vanishing from time itself?
And poor Twilight, especially. How terrible to have her perception of time shattered, or transcendentalized or whatever, simultaneously with her friends disappearing for a thousand years.

Yes, the later ponies would know about the earlier ones disappearing. Knowing about the future would be part of the path to creating the future, so they meet in a neutral place where they can't find out too much about how the worlds changed.
It's like the old pandora story. It's easier to have hope if you don't know what's coming.

There's a reason most forms of mind-altering magic is forbidden. Dash should get help soon, if there's any to be had at this point.
We thing their discovery of the paradox should come somewhat slowly at first. It should be an uneasy feeling in the back of their minds; an odd statement here, a weird pattern there. It might ease the feelings of deception that will arise and prompt them to start seeking the resolution instead of arguing.
Fluttershy should definitely meet up with Discord, this could be one of the oddity hints mentioned above.

So, I always write and edit chapters in '.pages' for osx, then copy them into fimfiction. For as long as I've done this the number of blank spaces between paragraphs would increase in the copy, and I had to fix them manually. Well this time there was a new issue. The space between a period and the next sentence was removed. This is a much bigger fix, and I'm sorry to anyone who tried to read this mess last night when I first published.
Does anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions (And don't just say use microsoft word, I'm not doing that). I'll try exporting to '.txt' then transferring to fimfiction next time.

Use Google Docs in Drive. That's what I do. It requires an internet connection, but if nothing else, it guarantees you won't lose your work since it auto-saves.
Also...you need another editor.

Yeah, someone was mailing me grammar corrections for the first couple of chapters. He's probably busy from the holidays if we're still doing that.

I meant more for the other issues you were having. The auto-saving is just a bonus. That, and if your computer happens to crash like mine did last year, then you don't have to worry about losing all your work.

Seems I need to watch my continuity more closely. Flutttersy already had some wedding stylists work on her, though I guess I can say they make some final changes before presenting the bride at the ceremony.
As for Dash, it was absolutely intentional. I figure it's no more cheating then what Yugi Moto did.

Pacing has always been a weak point for me. I'm aware, and I'll try to do better. I put more effort into what I find most interesting, while the story still needs to get from A to B. I also tend to think about writing as though it were a 3 panel comic strip, 2 panels for setup and then a punchline. I can't really promise a big improvement in pacing but I'll try to make it creative and interesting.

I've been using command 'f' to find instances of 'hand' or 'arm' in some chapters.
There's the odd mistake, but I do think you're being a little hyperbolic.
Pinkie had a hand in the chapter where you commented. I changed it to a hoof.
Would clocks have hands in equestria?
Would your cards be called a hand in a card game?
Should the word handy be replaced with 'useful' or something similar?
Should a handicap be called a hoofdicap?
If a character crosses his arm or wraps an arm around a shoulder then I refer to it as an arm because you can't even do that with a hooved appendage, yet it happens a lot in the show.
There is one point in chapter 11 were I reference a tv show episode and Fluttershy quotes what she said there and still says arm.
