Yeah, I ship(-ped) Fluttermac, and I had a plot bunny about Twilight using that spell on Big Mac. A definite great date for any mixed tribe pair with one Pegasus/Alicorn. Just... gotta keep your heads about the safety limits. This is at night, so "too close to the sun" isn't an issue, and she might have the right earth-pony synergy that holding him up would be no issue in an emergency. Or the unicorn chops to levitate him.

I mean, I figure she got a knighthood out of that at the very least, she just never saw any reason to mention it.

Did you reorder these after writing them? Write others not part of this series? The challenge seems hard enough without also making it a linear timeline like we have here.

I also note that SHE appears to remain uninjured, but so either his focus on her means he can miss her at least, or she is graceful enough to dodge due to that same level of focus or they are just statically synced... or some combination of all three.
Also, I wonder if she didn't pick up her aunt's tea-trolling ways when it comes to noble parties, and thus why she DIDN'T switch to slow-dancing (my brother informs me one can slow-dance to anything) to reduce injuries.
Also, he gets better by the wedding... must be lots of practice, either some on his own or just with her.
