This is one of the first stories that came to mind when I started writing again some months ago. Before the Fall is the start of a trilogy, or might be depending on reception I suppose. Chapters 1 through 3 are in various states of completion, but without any editors and having two other stories on the go I can't say when they'll be finished.

Okay, now, the pitch is very mysterious, and well written. I was a little lost when reading this however. Hopefully how Equestria came to being... will be explained soon, as well as how the ponies got their hooves on a ship.

This story is about everything that lead to them being at the point in the prologue. Each chapter starts with the date. Chapter one for instance is set many years before the prologue.

Wait... Sudden realisation hit me with 80Gigatone strength... Speaking of Gigatones... WAR?! ATOMIC BOMBS? FTLs? DAFUQ?! If the pony kind advanced from Kardaszew's 0 Level, to the point of FTLs, atomic bombs, space ships, non magical force fields, It's [at least] level 2 of Kardaszew's scale of planetary evolution o_O" Dafuq?! Although, for a second there I thought about Battlestar Galactica... FTLs, keyboards made "for beings with far finer motor control", and atomic bombs, Killing stuff... IDK, my inside sci-fi sense started tingling upon this chaotic description

Tell me that the Cerulean didn't get back to home, that she didn't lead aliens towards Equestria, and that it didn't cause the war that destroyed whole planet when using FTL!!! TELL ME!!! Also... Please, with the cherry on top, make more chapters

No, Cerulean didn't lead them to Equestria. Kinda hard to do that when they foal-napped her from Equestria to begin with.
Did she cause the war? In part, yes. The causes of the war will be detailed by chapter 8. Like most things, there is more than one cause.

Thanks. This chapter was fun to write, from Twilight and Rarity's conversation to the sci-fi aspects.
Chapter 3 has undergone some changes. After finishing 'Tiger Bloom' I felt a little resurgence of inspiration in this story and decided to go in and 'fix' the character of Cerulean, as well as the space battle a bit.
I've taken out Cerulean's competance in hoof to hoof fighting, as well as the silly 'Lightning Gun' thing her boots used to do, as well as the physical strength enhancements they used to give her. Now, they just have dextrous 'claws', a comunications system, and a few other sundry day-to-day things; like maps, music play lists, that sort of stuff. If you're smart phone can do it, safe bet her boots can as well.
More touch-ups may be needed in the chapter to fully bring Cerulean's personality in line with the new version.
