The first one is not really an error, but you shouldn't have that many names in the first sentence.

You should really capitalize the chapter names and the rest of the character names. Sunset shimmer is like a first and last name... which is probably is. Like John Doe, it wouldn't be John doe, because both first and last names need to be capitalize. Pinkie pie --> Pinkie Pie. Rainbow dash --> Rainbow Dash. Twilight sparkle --> Twilight Sparkle. Applejack -->... well that one stays.
Also chapter names! Don't forget chapter names! Instead of "chapter one" it should be "Chapter One" or "Chapter 1" that way it looks more professional.
