After the party of the day is over, Thorax tells Spike, Twilight and Ember more about the Changelings he's having problems with.

And after taking Ember's advice, he goes to show why he's in charge, and how he plans to deal with trouble.

Looks cool. I'll read it a little later.

Thorax smiled “Thank you.” He glanced to the door “Now come on, we’ve still got a lot of work to do.”

Don't worry about the guy on the floor. I'm sure he'll stop bleeding eventually.

Incidentally, the brother mentioned will probably turn out to be named Pharynx, but that's only a minor issue at best. After all, Thorax could have more than one brother.

Well I established in The EK Changeling can shed and regrow their exoskeletons.

especially my brother Djoser

I thought Thorax's brother's name was supposed to be Pharynx. There's going to be a future episode about Thorax and his brother, and I found the synopsis online.

Thorax shut his eyes and blurted “Her HAREM!”

They all blinked, Twilight began to blush.

You missed a perfectly good opportunity for a spit take.

Djoser narrowed his eyes “Well, if it isn’t it my brother come down from on high to mingle with the commoners.”

:rainbowkiss: "squeal" The Lion King! Oh my gosh!

“And it’s because you said that,” Thorax said with a smile “that you are worth.”, he nodded to Cipher.

Prince Caspian! :rainbowkiss: "squeal!"

Wait, both of these have lions in them. I'm sorry if this is national stereotyping, but you wouldn't happen to have a soft spot for lions, would you? I can't blame you if you do. Lions are pretty cool.

I know this is my fourth comment already, but I looked at your like and dislike count and noticed that out of all your stories, this has the fewest dislikes despite the fact that this story's grammar and spelling errors are just as bad as the ones in your previous stories. I'm starting to think that all the dislikes in your other stories are just because of Flash Sentry and maybe because you made Flash and Twilight Christians. That's kind of unfair.

He can have more than one brother.

And apparently it's going to be the next episode.

Here what I found about it.

Starlight Glimmer and Trixie try to get Thorax's brother to accept the changelings' new way of life.

So I think it's more an individual basis than a group.

I didn't actually recognise the Prince Caspian reference.

I also put Lord of the Rings: Return of the King and The Hobbit/; An Unexpected Journey references into it.

despite the fact that this story's grammar and spelling errors are just as bad as the ones in your previous stories.

As I've said before, I have Dyslexia (which I can ironically spell correctly). And also some of the spelling might be the British spelling.

A few have offered to help with this, but I don't get much. A lot of people complain about spelling and grammer, but do little to help.

8390735
Actually, the errors don't bother me as much as they used to. By the time I get to the end, I've already lost track of them. I'm more bothered by the fact that your dislike counts are probably Flashlight related.

8390965
It's just something I'll have to live with.

I've also asked AandWguy if he'll willing to be my editor as he offered back in May. But given the now volumes of work I've published I don't mind if he refuses.

Also, have you seen the latest episode? If so what's your view of Flash Magnus? Personally I'm on the fence as to if he's Flash's ancestor.

8390449
I'm more of a dog person myself.

8390986
I've actually been speculating that ever since I saw the Legends of Magic comics. It would be SO COOL if he was.

8391003
Someone else didn't think so.

CassandraMyOCisBestpony replied to my episode comments with only this

Flash Magnus is cool, so they obviously can't be related

8391012
I know! It outragous!

I mean it's Sentry's fault he not been used.

You'd think the backlass at the character would have died down by now. Maybe it has, but you still get a couple here and there.

8391020

I mean it's Sentry's fault he not been used.

You're missing a word.

8391044
You get my meaning.

Anyway, another guy has replied to my comments on Campfire Tales and he replied with this

zerodex said:

Flash and Mangus are not related in any way, it would make no sense to present the ancestor of a character whose first appearance was in a lousy spin off and whose participation in the whole series were only two cameo in two episodes of the fourth season, it was simply a coincidence of design, we have seen many times that colors, names and designs of cutie marks are repeated

And my reply to him:

You can't really fault the character of Flash Sentry for not being used often in the show.

As Silver Quill said it's the gender politics and the initial backlash against the character which has prevented his development.

We don't know what the writers and producers have in mind. Also, all these legendary characters appeared in the comic first, and in said comics they did develop Flash Sentry's character.

And also of note, as far as we can tell, these characters are legendary. True Sunburst mentioned two of them having created spells (Rockhoof and Mistmane), but like most modern historians don't believe the Psalms were actually penned by King David and are instead ascribed to him, the said could be said for these characters.

We'll just have to wait and see if we get any further developments instead of arguing like the ponies at the end of Fame and Misfortune.

8391447
You know, Flash Magnus reminds me a bit of Banshee531's portrayal of Flash Sentry except that Banshee's version of Sentry is younger and more reckless. I don't know if you see that as well.

8391542
I did think that. But we'll just have to wait and see if Bashee decides to comment on this subject.
