WARNING! This story is going have the 4th-wall broken a lot (because the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd walls are already broken) by the narrator... If I'm going to write a silly cute story I might as well bring in 4th-wall breaking too.
It shall also have overdose of sugary cuteness, slime everywhere (EVERYWHERE), and copious amount of silly noises! If you are a serious reader or have no soul, then this isn't your story.

The immune system actually doesn't listen to the brain as it is a micro system it has it's own brain the dendrite cells so it is entirely possible that if the war hungry front fighters are supposed to be white blood cells then they would be the kind of white blood cell that performs initial attacks which means the mindless kill blobs may not have even been listening to the alpha
Interesting a hyper intelligent creature that wants to live with ponies maybe something similar happened to the previous alpha where they lost the ones they love to time and tried making more slimes to keep them company only to find out that they will be the only entirely intelligent member of their whole race

Basically if the V-slimes that attack are like standard white blood cells then they will attack anything
foreign whether it is aggressive or not and they would not be listening to the alpha
Hopefully that is a bit easier to understand I did biology in years 11 and 12 so using technical talk is a bit of a habit when I'm talking about things that are compared to a biological immune system
