Thank you for your kind words. I was aware of the animation error and wanted to use it to create a backstory that kept faith with the series. You really have no idea how many times I watched that episode to ensure I got it right!
It was a lot of fun to write, although I did treat Pinkie pretty harshly - I will have to make it up to her in some future story!
