Forgive me if I'm wrong, but isn't Molestia just the sexualized version of Celestia? This without mentioning sex in some way, either in jokes, or in the literal form kinda takes the point out of calling her Molestia.

No, she' s not. Molestia is actually the "pedobear" version of Celestia. She tends to sexually harass her subjects and/or closest allies (especially Twilight if we count the Ask Princess Molestia vlogs as the definitive canon for the character) and play certain depraved games with them. An other main difference is that her mane is entirely pink instead of the usual colours.
However, from what I understand, she's also used quite a lot in MLP Rule 34 related content, which is why many people get easily confused.
