Nice. I love the headcannon the Pinkie Sense can break gambling. Great story! You did a great job writing the characters
The way I see it, Flim and Flam's offer was just a little too...well, honest. For a moment, I thought they were going to hire Pinkie as a shill, and have her play the games with house money, showing the patrons that, indeed, these games can be won, in order to entice them to keep playing. And maybe once in a while, she could take pity on some poor sap who lost his shirt, and use her power to win his money back for him. It's common practice for casinos to give free stuff to gamblers who make big wagers and lose, this could be a similar thing.
Either way, I loved it, and I'm sorry it took me this long to comment.

On top of that, a shill would make sense, and they've done it before, but that's not the problem.
Pinkie in particular has established herself as essentially a force of nature that can't be scammed, a true wild card with a well-known generous spirit. If she worked there as a shill she'd earn money for anyone who needed the help enough, and the costs could and almost certainly would be astronomical even for just a weekend. Vegas and Pegasus have plenty of those to go around, after all.
It's definitely smarter to just get her out of there with a sweet deal they don't actually lose much on.
