Batman tries to stop a group of criminals who stole a dimensional transporter. The machine ends up bringing a talking Pegasus filly who Batman takes responsibility for, not only will Scootaloo become Batman's new ward, but also his partner in his war against crime.

This is funny considering how a certain event will happen between Batman and Catwoman.
She got lucky here with her first encounter with The Joker. I hope Batman will address Scoots’ isssue with being called chicken as that is going to become an issue for her. I wonder who her first other superhero she will meet will be?

Next stop for Scoots is a little homeschooling Batman style! She is going to need to pickup her smarts to keep pace in Gotham sooner rather then later. Plus she needs more out of costume time to bond with Bruce I think. Still great chapter and I think she has found the one villain in the gallery that will be her own.

Ah the two mob families of Gotham, they have survived the coming rouges. They are the small fry in Gotham's criminal structure but one that Batman tolerates because he doesn't want any more groups in his city. Better the enemy you know then the one you don't. Also sweet to see Cassandra showing up!
Oh boy, the only villains we have left really is Penguin, Black Mask, Hush, and Bat-Mite. I do wonder how her training is going and how she is making the costume her own? Still the failures among the rouges provided a test for her. Got to save the Demon Head till she is a bit older as Batman would do his best to have her stay behind somewhere safe if he where to show up.

She also faced off against Black Mask already, but she'll face off against him again, this time he'll have dialog.

Not bad, it seems that the Joker isn't aware that Red Hood is the former Robin in this universe or just doesn't care. Hopefully Batman talks to Scootaloo soon about what happened and what has gone on since that event becuase she doesn't have the full picture. Hopefully she can meet her “brothers” soon, if she hasn't met them already, and have some bonding time as Batman is called to a Justice League issue.
To quote Jester/Arkham from Devil May Cry 3: "Zowie! That was close!"
I do wonder how much Jason’s death still weighs on Batman in this universe and how it will effect his relationship with Scoots. I know in the main comics he still cares for Jason but disapproves of his actions as Red Hood after Ra brought him back via the Lazarus Pit.

Not a bad chapter, you have a few odd spelling errors in the second and third chapters but over a nice way to introduce Mr. Freeze. Also which lanterns are you using in this story, I would guess at John Stewart but who else among Hal Jordan, Kyle Rayner, Guy Gardner, Simon Baz, and Jessica Cruz? Yes they are all current in the comics to my knowledge but who is to say you haven't created your own.
