I'm sorry, but I don't really like this story. Here's a list why.
1.You have many, many grammer mistakes.
2. An Alicorn OC, really? That's the worst beginner's mistake anyone can make.
3. Where did Little Apple appear from? How is she related to the Apple Family?
4. Where did this 'Gabrielle' appear from? We've never seen her in the show. And especially that she's Diamond Tiara's sister.
5. Gabrielle is not a pony's name.
6. You hardly described how Stormy Skies came to be. There should have been a prologue or something.
7. Only kicking Stormy in the stomach made other ponies see that she's a Challenging? Really?
8. You should write 'two' instead of 2. Typing '2' just makes it look unprofessional.
In conclusion, it's best to get an editor or a brony friend who you know is a good writer to co-write with.
