Well this is interesting. I must say a couple of things though. Firstly, the Buggle Driver and Buggle Drive Zwei, are they compatible with this guy's belt? Also, The green one isn't called "Survive", but Zwei, another word for 2, full translation is Buggle Driver 2. Also, I take it the Chronicle Gashat your boy is sporting is the Master gashat Version and not a standard Ride Player version, otherwise reprogramming might not fly that well. That said, not a bad start, though I'm curious if you plan for the proto gashats to be involved at some point.
I have my own idea involving the Equestria Girls universe...but let's just say my guy's more of a...Kami in that one! After all, why be the hero when you can make a world that forges heroes? All you then have to do, is test their metal for fun?

Heh, Actually, I did that Chou on purpose. After all, any Displaced version of Kuroto Dan wouldn't be the REAL one, hence not the SHIN Kuroto, but Chou? Now THAT would certainly be valid...and I'm planning on the two meeting going full meme Lord between the two of them...brings a tear to my eye!

You don't even know. Minor spoilers, but my displaced is Gamer Driver compatible Bugster, and is back in time 250 years EQG time. He BUILDS the Modern era essentially, being behind alot of companies under different faces and form to look like the companies change hands. He's hugely connected to all governments and wars end quickly as he secretly transforms and ends them, taking the dead as Bugster data to fuel a revised version of Kamen Rider Chronicle. After 2 centuries, when the EQG timeline happens and Sunset appears, he sets the stage for Sunset to be the new Ex-Aid, but with him pulling the strings.
Of course, when Harmony magic gets involved, he tries to manipulate it too...results in short come to him vs. SHIN Kuroto Dan in a hilariously over-the-top fight between Grade Zero/X Genmu vs. Proto Mighty Action X/Kamen Rider Chronicle Gamer (As in Kamen Rider Gamer, He's not terribly creative with names on his own, running gag with him naming things), and shit just goes nuts from there. Meanwhile Shining Armor becomes Proto Snipe with Cadence followed by Human Twilight becoming regular Snipe. Trixie becomes Lazer, though she does take longer to team up with Sunset they do become a fierce duo. Fluttershy actually becomes Kamen Rider Brave, both for ironic reasons and because of the things I'll put her through...Hiiro had it EASY by comparison. And of course, Para-DX will have a special place in all this, 3 guesses who his human is now...though he certainly remembers Emu, and wants to get back "home".
All the while, Kamen Rider Chronicle will be a hot selling game, with a twist. All those that would "Disappear", reappear right back at Neo-Genmu Corp headquarters. (Yes, Neo-Genmu, could not be more ironic if I tired, all these intricate plans and his names still suck) They all return to their lives or keep playing, but are all now Bugsters he can manage, all without many in the medical field or populous in general able to tell or do anything. How? Because he's reprogrammed his Bugster player base not to use their abilities without authorization, and made them essentially sleeper agents. Needless to say, Chou Kuroto is kind of evil and dangerous!
