Set at the end of Season 3 just before Twilight becomes an alicorn, this story was originally meant to be a vehicle for humorously recapping every episode to that point, using Twilight and Pinkie to play MST3K, after a fashion. I only ever got through three of the planned 67 chapters, which is pretty abysmal, so I never bothered posting it here. (And now I find that I don't even still have the text of chapter 3, which you can find at fanfiction.net.) But now, I figure, why not? What I've got is still entertaining to me, so you may find it so as well. Just know that it'll never be completed.

Hmm I wonder if Pinkie got in there too (perhaps by casting a spell or not) will she become an alicorn and what would that be like?

I really like this idea it is too bad you do not want to make a full story out of it anymore but thank you for posting what you have.

I never intended for Pinkie to also become an alicorn. She was just the best at breaking the fourth wall, so she seemed like the natural companion for Twilight. Glad you liked the idea! If you want more on Pinkie as a potential princess, I recommend the second appendix to my story The Combinatorics Project--she muses on it briefly near the beginning. :pinkiehappy:

I figured that but when reading I was just thinking of the potential ramifications of Pinkie also going into that realm by her own power.

As for your other story that is one of favorites. My personal favorite part is the last story with Pinkie and Dash traveling between dimensions finding Rarity's cure, fixing problems, causing mischief, and falling in love.

Yeah! I was just rereading that today so I could post it on An Archive of Our Own, and it always makes me squee inside with Pinkie-love and pride. I love how the adventures just sort of flowed almost on their own, with the ups and down coming naturally and funny little bits and romantic bits cropping up like fruits in porridge. :)

As a bit of a font enthusiast myself, I can’t help but enjoy this sort of analysis. Twilight’s theory for why the i’s are all stylized like that is quite impressive, even thought it’s probably not what the graphic designer really intended.

And I definitely agree with you that the “is” in Friendship Is Magic ought to be capitalized in normal writing, regardless of how it’s stylized in the logo.
