The next morning, Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle both woke up. They got ready and packed their stuff 20 minutes later, they finished packing they went down stairs to catch their train.

Princess Cadance and Shining Armour both said, "Bye, Twilight and Rainbow Dash! We love you!" Cadance and Shining Armour gave them a hug.

Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash both said, "Bye! We will miss you too!" They both went on the train and they went inside, the train started to move 30 minutes later.

I suppose that they did not need to use the little fillies room, eat breakfast, shower, et cetera. They went from sleep to train in less than an hour.
