He can't die. He's nearly one thousand years old when he grabbed Trixie. I used element's from the P.O.T.C. movie, real legends and my imagination to create this Davy Jones. I'm not sure what would happen if Black Beard and him met but the results would be epic.

Well what if somepony were to stab his heart like they did in the movie, also there is a way to break any curse at sea, it happens in the newest movie, you should go see it.

Your right, I forgot about the heart stabbing, But that'll only work if they find his heart in the first place. No one knows where it is except Davy Jones, at least my version does.

But there is a way to find the chest with his heart in it, all you need is a compass that doesn't point North, but to the thing you want most in the world. After that all you have to do is follow the magic compass and it will lead you right to the chest with Jones heart in it, but even you don't want to go after that then the treasure that is sought after in the 5th movie would be better since this treasure can CONTROL the sea and since Jones is linked to the sea you can control him with that treasure then.

So while a compass that doesn't point North would normally find the chest, it does not exist in the universe I created. 
That would be the case if this were a completely "Pirates of the Caribbean" Fiction. But this is an original piece with certain elements taken from multiple places, not just one.

I've seen the movie 3 times but never bothered to wait to the end of the Credits, why what happens at the end after the Credits?
Pre read: Dark, I like dark story's. Hell I fa'll asleep to dramatic readings of stuff like Russian Sleep Experiment.
Post read: You sir just earned a follower. The blood of sailors flows through my veins you see, and you spun a tale that, well tame compared to a good chunk of the stuff I read, got it to run cold. Even those of us who grew up on inland dock towns fear the Dutchman, and for me it's made worse by the generations of my ancestry that sailed the open sea.

I thank you for the complement. This was the first tale I wrote for FIMFiction and, if I'm being honest, my first MLP fiction ever. I'm glad that you enjoyed my tale, it's a writers best dream that their work can be enjoyed. I personally find it funny though, that I wrote this, because It is completely opposite of my usual style. I'm usually the guy who tells jokes, makes people laugh and smile, so this was 180 flip for me.
I'm glad you liked it, sadly I've been dry docked all my life, but I've always felt a connection to the sea. I love the idea of sailing and the danger and rewards that come with it but have never been able to pursue them. so I guess in a way this is as close as I'll get.
