I wonder how Rainbow feels about Soarin at this point. She is aware of the corruption being the cause for his change, and she saw that even Spike had to pretend to be something he wasn't, but she suffered greatly at Soarin's hands. Could she ever look at him as a teamate again, or would she strive to never be in his presence if at all possible.

That answer is already given in the Resurrection story-line. In Judgment, Rainbow Dash forgave Soarin for what he did since it was the caribou who turned him into a monster, and she knew he had to keep up the act after his mind was free to keep her, his remaining teammates, and other mares safe even before joining Spike.
In Resurrection Rainbow is a Scaled Guard as a member of the Wingless Unit, which Soarin commands. The issue here is that Soarin can't or is unwilling to forgive himself.
Spike spent time with his bestest of friends one final time, this make me happy and sad at the same time.

You know, I was always interested about what happen to Tiara and Silver after I saw their cameo in Judgement, so seeing a bit more about them is certainly welcoming.
I'm somewhat familiar with this universe and honestly have pretty conflicted feelings on it, but here I am still reading!
I especially like this chapter (and for once someone mentioned how much what they're doing is literally genocide), and seeing someone stand against the fighting and warfare. Making them ursas was pretty interesting.
The very end was excellent- that alone convinced me to give this a like, well done!
