This story is a sequel to Rip
Starlight succeeds in killing the only pony who could be able to unite the six Ponies and thus permanently strip Twilight of her Cutie Mark... Shame she didn't read the fine print on time travel and realize the old Grandfather Paradox.
This is a sort of parallel story to both Rip and A Second Chance, earlier fanfics I did visiting this scenario, but instead of doing a Days of Future Past style "Time Burp" or just negating the thing altogether, I'm instead going for a Back to the Future style "Time Paradox".

How nice of Twilight to want to rescue Starlight.
Liked it until the end, I dislike the Doctor fanon. Read too many stories where he cameo and usually the cameo's are done badly that the rest of the story is ruined.
...But if she never traveled back in time, that would mean she never stopped the M6, which in turn would mean they go on to ruin her day, which would have her travel back.

Yes, but she wasn't the person who initiated the time travelling. Instead being more of a witness. Thus, she gains a sort of ripple-proof memory of the events.
But now I'm considering a darker ending where she starts to slowly forget Starlight.
But...time paradoxes can't happen. That's why they're 'paradoxes'.
