With uploading to several other sites as well, I am used to a tag system which can display such information and thus writing down every kink in the description doesn't always occur to me. However, I will attempt to write out if it a story is fatal or not from now on.

That is actually one of the benefits with a site that doesn't have a clear tag system. Keeping certain parts of the story hidden for a surprise is rather fun, and somewhat soured by a tag list that spoils it.
Pros and cons really. That is not to say I try to find ways to surprise even with visible tags at times.
