I assume this is being expanded upon through that thing where everyone turned on Sunset because of the Crusaders. Either way, consider me interested.

Yeah, having read the comic, and i know that the story is for kids, I felt that things were a little to cut and dry because if you really look at it, Sunset has no one besides her friends and she is still reluctant to return to Equestria, even if she isn't going to be charged with any crime. There were too many things said between her and Celestia to make any kind of reunion easy for her to go back.
so does this take place after the comic story?

My law enforcement is rusty, but I think this officially makes the CMC suspects in homicide, or potential accessories in homicide. When it comes to suicide that came about due to the actions and influence of others, it's considered a homicide... I think? Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. I wonder how the Rainbooms, Applejack and Rarity in particular, will feel about this, especially when they find out Sunset was nearly one of those suicides.
8199144 It depends upon the jurisdiction, but if your actions lead to the death of someone, you can be charge with at least manslaughter. It depends upon the DA and the Judge of what they are charged with.

8201154 I'm just going to be honestly blunt here, the CMC are now murderers. Because of their pettiness, a student is dead and another is in the hospital, they're going to have to live with that for the rest of their lives. So, yeah. I can't wait to see how the rest of this plays out.
8201305 They will be taken to task for it and punished for it. Though as with any case, their motivations, age, and level of involvement will determine their sentences. The ones who shared the secrets that did cause the suicide and attempted suicide will also face charges as their motivations were most likely malicious.

Everyone here has forgotten something important...Sunset was one of the attempted suicides. Remeber back in Chapter 1? She would had thrown herself off a bridge if Talisman hadn't noticed her.
So technically, the CMC are respionable for three sucide attempts. One which was successful, with the girl losing her life. Another being the girl they had selfishly scapegoated and had deblieltrly ruined her life.
And while the one who sent the lesbian secret probably was malicous, the CMC had a choice to post it or not. They chose to post it. They told everyone that two girls were lesbians, causing them to be unfairly judged, and driving the girls to the brink. One is now in the hospital, another dead, leaving their family and friends to deal with what happened. Not to mention that the CMC's families are most likely getting a lot of backlash for what the girls did.
All that...Just so the CMC's sisters would spend more time with them. So many lives ruined because of three jealous, posseive girls.
So the CMC (and the Humane 5, in the case of Sunset) need to be shown the results of their smear campaign/cyber bullying (and betrayal of Sunset). One person dead, with two more nearly loosing their, all of which due to suicide. And be properly punished for ultimately causing all three to happen and for their posting secrets.
You know, here's a good Armor piercing question/reason you suck speech for the CMC regarding the couple they outed and drove to suicide
'Would you have stepped foward and took respionability? Or would you have just blamed it on Sunset like you have before? I'm sure that little lie would had gotten her arrested if it weren't for us. Then again, her being arrested would had left your precious sisters free for you three. Isn't that what you wanted? Isn't that why you outed those poor girls?'

While some people may feel like the Humane 5 were forgiven too easily, I pity the group
-Their sisters willingly posted their secrets online for everyone to see, and tricked them into abandoning one of their friends. Then they started doing it for everyone.
-Considering what Rarity said, they most likely still care for the CMC. And they probably aren't going to be seeing them for a very long time.
-Applejack (and the group if she had informed them) have to live with the fact that if it weren't for Tasilman, Sunset would have been dead, as she was ready to kill herself because of what they did.
-The fact that their sisters outed a couple, resulting in one of the pair killing herself and another trying to. Since their sisters have been arrested, most likely everyone knows who the real culprits are, resulting in serious backlash for their families.
-If it comes out why the CMC did it, people will most likely avoid Applejack, Rarity and Rainbow Dash. Why? So the 'insanely possessive' sisters won't get mad and try to ruin their lives 'just to have the girls for themselves'

Ok, this is a nice Wish fulfillment story so far.
I was looking for something to read with some nice things happening to Sunset after the Anon-a-miss incident, and this is fun. Also, not a bad OC, still a Gary Stu, but fits the story and he is funny enough.
I think the only thing I can gripe about is the romance. it was fast and it felt a little creepy, you know? Like, she didn't seem to have any other option than to fall for him.
But hey that is just my opinion.

combined with fact, that author already has at least one main character who is hemafrodite (maybe he has more, I still don't read all of his fanfiction) with addition of fact that MC already can be mistaken with girl/female...... Well, let's my put it that way, i predicted that soon we will be able to call him both Gary Stu and Mary Sue

Also, OP character is good and funny to reading about, as long as it fits into the story (and story is good) and this story is like it so far is so I don't see any problem here
8210155 8209699 This is a situation where magic can not be the best thing because sometimes it can have a mind of its own. And while some of my characters can be very OP, one of them who won't be in this story is on the level of 'Destroyer of Worlds", they realize that they are OP and do what they can to nerf themselves. Pulling punches or usually just trying to stay out of it. As far as the speed of how quickly the relationship started, you have to remember that both Sunset and Talisman are mentally several years older than their physical appearance. So while maybe it was a little quick, but the pair is a lot more mature than their peers even if they don't always act like it.
8210197 He is not a Gary Stu because he is OP, he is a Gary Stu because he is, in the confines of your own story, the perfect kid. Gosh, even if you took away all the magical otherworldly stuff (don't do it, it is fun) he would still be a Gary Stu. But it is fine, this is a Wish fulfillment story after all.
The situation in which Sunset was put on, is what made their relationship kinda creepy with how fast it started, nothing to do with the age. Now, I admit it is a matter of my preferences. Again, this is a wish fulfillment story, so it makes complete sense that your character and Sunset hook up immediately. However, If this were a more complex story (or reality for that matter), it would be pretty creepy, and the beginnings of a potentially bad relationship. Sunset had nowhere and no one to go to, she had basically no choice in the matter of staying with him, and with her state of mind she would have go, even if he really wasn't as nice. Then there is the White Knight Syndrome, not a good reason to fall in love if you ask me; and if he wasn't a saint Gary Stu, potential for a lot of abuse. BUT it is obvious that there isn't anything like that hidden in the story. Just a goody two shoes helping and being cool and stuff to make Sunset happy, and I love that. ^_^d
