Well, I'm sorry I finally had to explain this.
I based "Pearl Harbor" specifically off of very racist old cartoons (made by both Warner Bros and Disney, actually!), that used to portray Japanese people as slurring, dumb, ugly, idiots. As you might guess, many of these came out during wars where Japan was painted as the villain. Those cartoons, even looking back, were horrifyingly offensive. In this, I am not making fun of the Japanese people. I am making fun of the horrible stereotype cartoons that used to exist, and showing what one of these would look like in the cartoon world of Ponyville.
In the story, Anon is so disgusted by her every word and aspect of appearance, not because he hates Asians, but because the stereotype is SO BAD AND WRONG. He's so disgusted by Pearl Harbor, that he cannot even do sexual things to her. As per the lines:
It is not the Japanese here that are somehow "bad" or "wrong" it's that a pony named "Pearl Harbor" is representing them so inappropriately. The misrepresentation is what he finds disgusting. If you wish to see a specific... really really not okay cartoons I am basing this off of, 8219412 linked to one that is particularly nasty in its portrayal.
