Interesting, let's see were this goes. I would suggest slowing it down a tad, we went from Twilight to Twilight's a mom pretty quickly and for some that's jarring. Still, it's interesting and the cover art...

8109443 I know it seemed a little fast, but since Twilight is hiding him, I thought kinda stepping her right into motherhood was a good idea. I'll be sure to take it slow now.
An interesting idea, but the concept of Twilight keeping it secret doesn't seem right. It is kind of a big thing, and not exactly something she can do so. More so when Spike returns and if Starlight's around. Especially with how last season ended and this one started.
8109478 I planned this story before Starlight went through with her plan of revenge against Twilight. And as bad as it seems for Twilight to keep secrets from her friends, just stay tuned to see what happens

I don't understand exactly why Twilight would need to keep this a secret other than for the sake of plot conflict and drama. Are the others and Celestia really going to react that badly to Twilight finding and taking in a lost infant. Even if it's supposed to be a racism thing, the events of S6 and beyond would heavily contradict that kind of attitude. A lot of the premise here just doesn't seem to quite make sense.
Well I just found a new story to follow, I agree with a few of the others here, don't rush your pacing, expand scenes give them a bit more detail. Other then that seems good, I would like to see the chapters stay short like this, makes them a nice quick read.

Going to assume this is pre-season five finale since starlight wasn't even mentioned.
Had to guess it was around that time when twi thinks even former queen cheeselegs wouldn't be so cruel when what we saw in the season 6 finale says otherwise.
This was definitely rushed. Twi jumped to thoughts at a jaring speed and the exposition felt out of place and kinda bland.
However this does seem interesting so I'll follow and see where this goes.
Considering season 6's finale revealed a changling's hunger can never be satisfied yet forming a real bond can cure them of their need to feed I'm curious to see if you'll use that somehow
well I can see this is going to be fun. next few chapter
