Adagio, Aria, and Sonata have been together since they were born. When they took over Equestria, Adagio led them. When they were banished to Earth, Adagio led them. When they faced against the Rainbooms, Adagio led them.
Now, after losing all their power and being driven away, Adagio has had enough.
For the first time in her life, Sonata is alone. No magic. No one to guide her. No place to go. However, when she bumps into some familiar faces, she may find herself in a different place. Everything is changing fast and it's hard to take it all in.

Hiya, I'm just off to bed, but have added this to my list and will endeavour to read it sometime as soon as I can (although that may not be for a while).
Just thought I should mention, though, I think you've got some mistakes in your description - the past tense of lead is led, not lead.
As in, lead (rhyming with feed) is the verb, and led (rhyming with head) is the past tense of it. Not to be confused with lead (rhyming with head), which is heavy element traditionally used to make pipes and stuff.
The website I checked didn't mention this being a US/UK language divide thing, so I think the above is correct on either side of the Atlantic. So I suspect the correct version would be:

Not too shabby. I must admit that bits of it are a tad generic to me because they've been done before in other stories. However, I think you've portrayed the characters quite reasonably so far and I'm sure you'll differentiate yourself more as the story progresses (There are only so many ways for them to plausibly split up, after all).
The part with the sirens all having different attitudes regarding ponies was a nice touch. Little bit early to say much more in any amount of detail, but I quite like what you've got and would very much like to see more.
One complaint I do have is the number of typos. While your writing was many many many steps above some of the manglings of the English language I've seen, there were still enough that it got distracting. I've made a list of all the ones I saw down below, if you're interested.

She wants power and control, and she'll do anything to have it. The suffering and deaths of others are no concern of hers. That's how it was when she was born and it's only gotten worse with age.

I am so looking forward to when all this blows up in Adagio's face. Aria is totally anti-social, so she has no one else but Adagio. Sonata, on the other hand, has just met eight friends (Spike included) that can show her what true friendship is like. Perhaps, seeing Sonata having true friends, when this does blow up, will give her the strength she needs to stand up to Adagio as well.
