A lone samurai has wandered the world for years, in search of a way home. He has been in the future and seeks a way back to the past before the reign of Aku. But he has either lost the chance to or selflessly given it up for the sake of others.
But the samurai has found another opportunity. In another world, the samurai called Jack will search for a way back to his time in a world of magic. A second chance has been given, and Jack will do his best to get back. Back to the past.

Am I right in assuming you're trying to emlate the dialogue-light nature of the show? Because if so, I don't think it's quite working out for you. Mind you, this is only my view on it. If you truly are attempting to match the show, may I offer a suggestion?
Go and read the stories by Imploding Colon. Especially the early ones, as they hit super close to it.
I DO, actually, have to give you points for getting quite close to Jack's formal nature in speaking. I'm quite impressed.
I'll pass on this, alas, but I may come back later to see if it improves. Take an upvote from me for now... Appreciation for someone else attempting such a crossover.

Sweet Jack took out the timberwolf without killing it. Goes to show he's definitely a good guy like the show portrays him, especially since he knows nothing of this world.

Well, little pony, sure you're stronger than a real-life human by quite a bit, but so's Jack, and he has a ton of experience fighting, you see.
I'm liking this so far. From another crossover story with Samurai Jack on this site, Jack went to multiple places in Equestria to find a way to get to the past before he eventually headed to Ponyville. But that didn't happen until the middle of the story. Here, he's heading to Ponyville at the beginning of his journey. I hope Jack will have more interactions with the Mane 6 in this story than he does with the other one.

The idea is sound enough, but the writing style is very basic and often switches verb tenses, which is quite jarring to smooth reading.
