Time is fragile, and even more so in the last days of your time in reality as you recall your days in life and what you did. But the question lingers: Are you leaving happy?

Loved it!
Had a little tear in my eye at the end. The way you describe the emotions and thoughts of Twilight as she looks back on her life is both heartwrenching and happy and beautiful, I love when authors play around with the words to write a nuanced story. Will recommend to my friends :pinkiehappy:

854795 Thanks Bandi! Words like yours mean a lot to me

854925 I certainly hope that is a good woah my good sir :derpytongue2:

Dude another amazing job! Its just astounding how you can make a beautiful story that also makes me think, In just over 1000 words. Keep writing! :pinkiehappy:

D'waaaaaa :3
That was nice to read - even though the destination of life is death, its the journey that counts.

This is absolutely beautiful, well done! I definitely had a teary-eyed smile by the time I was finished reading. The way you portray emotions really helps the reader feel connected to the character, which makes it all the more sad :pinkiesad2: Overall, I give this 5 mustaches out of 5 :moustache::moustache::moustache::moustache::moustache:

This was such a beautiful story. Thank you.

ehh.... no offense but ive read sadder ones. Now this one was alight but alot of heart and dialouge was left and truth is, it didnt seem to well thought out. I admire a simple story but I think with more effort and all, it would have been better.

858881 Everyone has their own opinion, and I'm glad that you decided to put yours into some constructive criticism. Thanks for that.

855938 Maybe you can answer me my good lad. This liquid is coming out from eyes, how do I make it stop? :raritydespair:

Nice story. Remembered me to 'When the light goes out' but had a different approach which was also worth read. It is a phenomenon that so many bronies deal with the inevitable end of life by using the mane 6 , or especially, the relation between the immortal being celestia and her close mortal subject twilight. Even if it is hard to deal with such fics, i'm very happy that they're there.

My hoof of approval for this one.

858900 Whatever you do, DO NO NOT ATTEMPT TO STOP THE LIQUID WITH JALAPENOS. Or you can use the shirt on your back, that works too. But I am glad I touched you in this way to make this happen.

858909 :yay:

Great job as always. Love the cover image by the way.

858927 thanks for the read Swimmin

858955 Beautiful.

Wonderful. Liked/Faved

Very similar to 'The Light Light Goes Out' by Absolute Anonymous. Yet, I still enjoyed it. A great one shot. Keep up the great work.

Keep Moving Forward

You know that fic is good when you star to drop tears :fluttercry:
Faved!

Yet another fic that involves the end of life using one or even all of the mane six, and if I must ask is Spike still alive and if so where does he live? :trixieshiftright:

862449 Thanks for the thumb, and I really do appreciate the comment. It makes me feel so warm and fuzzy inside...

862424 That, my friend, is for the speculation of your own minds will.

I have to think..How often does Celestia have to go through this? She has been alive for over a thousand years, I can only wonder how many students she had, and ultimately, watch them pass on.

" We've missed you so much..."
That just completely took it out of me. These make me happy and sad at the same time. I would love to see longer stories. 7 minutes was great

made me cry= in the favorites you go :fluttershysad::fluttercry:

why was spike not mentioned at all?

945725 to be honest, I didn't really think about Spike all that much whilst writing this story...:twilightsheepish:

945725 did you reply and then delete your comment?

I listened to "Temporary Home" by Carrie Underwood While Reading this. The tears I cried were not manly.

I was on sad story spree, and figured I needed to leave a better comment here.

I don't know how you did it, but this story is somehow heartwarming and heart-rending at the same time. I was crying in both sadness for her passing, and joy for her making it home and being reunited with her friends.

1765077 It brings me happiness to hear you say what you did; I go for that effect in most of my stories and I am glad it came across as well as it did.

Holy shit.... I need to cry now
