@all: I know I’ll regret this (just kidding :P)… I’m back in Ponyville!

Yes, you heard right! I’m here again after a long verbal battle with doctors and parents. Maybe it’s because I haven’t been here for so long, but I can say… mare, does this place look different. It honestly feels like I’ve been away for years and finally got home now after a journey across half Equestria.

Bob (along with friends, I know who you are :P ) has fixed up our home so as to withstand the magic bursts of Dream and Megan. (Oh, and they already love PPI, so that’s a somewhat positive sign :) ) Now, before you start flooding me with requests to babysit: there are already a few ponies whom I have spoken to (and have agreed), and if you’re not asked by now you won’t be.

That said, if anyone wants to see me (the consolation prize, I know :P ) I’ll be free in a few hours. No foals, though! And yes, their manes still glow (so stop asking :P )

Now that’s said, we can return to our standard topics of… MCE2 rumors :D

And it wouldn’t be me without my usual rant (stars, I’m becoming more like Max every day).

Please do NOT submit contest stories before editing them. I know exactly what I’m talking about because I PMed a few ponies asking. It’s cool that you want to have something submitted and then get a chance to edit it, but think of the curators and judges! Contest fics are given a special priority and are sent directly to LyraHands and the judges. Thankfully none of them spent any time evaluating, but it could have been a case of a judge giving a low mark, then moving to other stories while the author edits her work.

Anyway rant over. Foals, babies, etc...

Thanks, @RRBB. I was going to mention that, chiefly because I received a terrible story from a well written author, and also asked her what was going on since she had days to spare.

Let me just say, this is through no fault of tech author’s. Myself and the other judges should have been clearer when posting the rules. And just to be certain, none of the entries will be read until the end of the submission period.

Don’t worry, @FlurryHeart. I’ll write Jennifer fics whenever you want :) But your mother is correct. Lyra’s foals are still too young to have lots of visitors. Keep in mind they aren’t as strong as you. They need to trot and rest a lot on their own at that age.

@FlurryHeart: don’t listen do them! You can visit anytime you want, as long as your mother and father know and are alright with it :)

Well, I’m not sure I’m ready for foals, but there might be certain changes for me next year. Needless to say I’ve been charting Gothling Poet for a while now and... well, we’ve decided to see how things go. :)

Edit: and they work! Well not exactly like they would for a pegasus, but Dream and Megan only sink slightly in them, making it perfect! I... Girls, why do you do this to me? Just when I think I’m used to your insanity you do this and get me all mushy.

This was great it's nice to see that Lyra and the foals are doing well. Flurry Heart was funny and I don't thnk that her having an account is any problem. I wonder if the Cake Twins have an account.

We know that Flurry's account has proper parental controls; otherwise her Crystaler, who should be reading over her shoulder, might experience royal ire that his descendants will feel (I have to assume that somepony has pointed this out to Mighty).

I feel bad for DarkSparkle, the way Flurry burned her. The scholarly academician doesn't write as well as the professional entertainer, fancy that. I hope Dark takes heart and sticks with it; it was a mathematician who wrote Alice in Wonderland after all.

Oh, and I think Jennifer might like having a centaur for a friend.
