Is translating this a thing now?
Good work, unfortunately my Spanish's a bit rusty...

Obviously I should have been copy/pasting my review every time you re-posted this story, in the same language the chapter is in. :pinkiehappy:

I have said this once and I'll say it again;
I dont always read foalcon but when I do its all gravy..
:facehoof:
I know that was bad

its funny, when i saw that this got translated into spanish i immediately thought:
":rainbowkiss:ohmygoshohmygoshohmygosh now i can share this with my... oh nvm:facehoof:"

Anyone else thought something like that when the chapters were translated to their native language?

With this latest translation, Rarity's Garden is finally available in a language my grandmother can read!

And now I shall continue never, ever telling her about it! :yay:

Seriously, though, some people must be telling their friends (or relatives? Hey, no judgement here) about the foreign language versions, because this story always gets eight or nine new favorites within a day of a new translation arriving. Which is really wonderful! Thanks to everyone for your continued support of my horrible imagination.

PS: If you want, I can translate this story to Portuguese.

I would be quite happy if you did! Thank you!

Are there plans to translate the rest of the tarnished silver series into these languages(i only really care about hispanic)?

That's up to the translators. I think Tirael said he wanted to try and do the entire series in Russian, but I don't know about the others. Obviously I would welcome any efforts to do the later stories!

*Blinks* Wait what?

I'd like to think that there was a time in my life when a story like this would've had me going 'NOPENOPENOPE' and quickly hitting that trusty back button.

Indeed part of me aches for what Rarity has gone through, and part of me cringes at the way she has come to deal with such things...

But through it all, this is absolutely fantastic.

And I cannot wait to see what happens next. Onward!

... Wow. I... am actually drooling.

It's been nearly a year since someone recommended A Silver Sky to me, and I've yet to read it because I must read this first, and then the rest of the stories consecutively.

But this... barring a few stylistic 'errors' this is some of the best dark fiction I've found on this site. It's so... well, dark, and twisted. I used to envy such a mindset, though my love of indulging in it has never left. Thank you. That was a most delicious morsel.

Drooling? That's a reaction to my work I had yet to hear of! I'm glad you enjoyed this story. I hope you'll let me know what you think of the rest!

Heh. It's actually not that unheard of for me. If you ever hung around /fic/ (unlikely but possible) I would often use food metaphors and descriptors in reference to dark fiction. :rainbowwild: I find it simply delicious. :pinkiecrazy:

Everything in me hates this story, but I can't bring myself to thumb it down. It accomplished what it meant to. You sir or madam need to start publishing books and making money off the written word.

I love your writing style, but I can't read the sequels to this story, sorry. Is there any other stories of yours you'd like to recommend to me.

*sigh* I both despise and absolutely love this series at the same time. My second time reading it through. The first time, I vomited halfway through Tarnished Silver.

Thank you so much! I'm working on that, believe me.

I understand. It's not to everyone's taste. I appreciate you reading this one, though! Right now all the stories I have on here are part of the Tarnished universe, though not all of them contain rape or abuse. I have other stuff I am working on, but it's not quite ready for public view. Hopefully I can share it with people before too long...

It....can have that effect on people, yes. :unsuresweetie: I'm glad you were able to soldier on despite that!

It was like playing Silent Hill. I hated it, but I had to know what happened.:rainbowwild:

Well, I will follow you and wait. You're a good writer, but I'm not a fan of this kind of material at all. Not to say I don't like dark fiction, but child abuse is pushing it for me.

This story is fucked up, disturbing, disgusting and it's amazing.
Now if you excuse me, I have to rinse my mouth out and go to the sweet dream fuel page on TVtropes

This story made me love Rarity, but dunno why :unsuresweetie:

I like to watch crime sbows. I like to watch law and order:SVU... This story made me die a little inside, in the best way possible. So wrong on so many levels but beautiful in its own way.

Your bio says you write clopfics, and maybe you do for some stories, but this wasn't one of them. This did kind of make me want to throw up and want to curl into a ball and cry, but it was also very well written, because it paints a clear psychological portrait of abuse. So, it's most certainly not porn, or 'hot' or anything. It fits the interests of those who are interested in things more along the lines of reading depictions of abuse handled realistically and mental illness.

I still feel sick after reading it.

As someone who enjoys topics like true crime, this actually was interesting... or at least, as something this... y'know... can be? I like darker pony stuff, and darker things in general, but this goes more than a bit beyond a murder mystery and stuff. You got your upvote. Jesus fuck.

I still feel ill.

This is a damn good story
