Interesting read, though to be honest the Rairty/Sweetie Belle interactions could've made a fine slice of life on their own. Still good!

I've been eager to see you take another shot at Rarity's slumbery escapades ever since I read this at the write-off and I'm liking it so far, even if they dig up old wounds of times of continuous all-nighters.

Those are... a lot of cherries. But I digress, it's interesting to see how deep Rarity goes in in her neglect of sleep though I have to wonder how does Twilight not know Rarity has gone months without sleep (how is she not dead, by the way?) if she's the one casting the wake.me up spells.
Of course I also envisioned a Star Trek: Voyager refeerence:

That was lovely. Just the right amount of fluff for me to reach the end with a smile and a gnawing sense of guilt over all my sleepless nights.
I like Sleep's character. Makes me wish we could have seen a bit more of him. Regarding any actual criticism I may have about the story, I feel the resolution was a bit too fast, seeing how for an 11k word story, the main conflic gets resolved within the last 8 paragraphs.
Still, I really enjoyed the story and now can't help but think of a parody where Hunger follows Rarity while she goes on a diet.

Yes, the whole SB - Rarity could have been better, but it wasn't the focus, so I kept it minimalistic. Also, is scary writing a SB getting of age story :) *shiver*

Well when you think of it Twilight says it's the 4th time she's done it over the course of a few weeks at a time.
It could be possible that she had gone at least a week or 2 before going to Twilight the 1st time and Twilight might be thinking Rarity is sleeping at some point in between those visits.
Who knows Twilight might also be underestimating how well she is casting that spell for all we know.
7801930 :) The theory is that it's a long term spell (lasting for a week or more). Also Twi doesn't bother to remember the real Humber since the last 3-4 times were "the last time)" :)
The amount of days that Rarity remained awake were short of 100 :)
