Will it even work when the one using it has strong Equetrian magic inside her body? After she would turn it on it would be on maximum and pointing in Twilight's direction.

Also Sour Sweet doesn't have bipolar disorder, because both parts she is saying in the movie are negative. The first part always sounds like irony. She was simply being negative.
7910595 We're not sure about the holidays in the human world, but we can assume that they are just like ours, and they would have some differences from the pony world. I remember reading the holiday comic where Sunset tells Applejack that she wasn't sure if her holidays are like the human world, but that they do get together. This could be because that both worlds have different stories that created the holiday.
And this is what I learned from the MLP Wiki for Sour Sweet.
I'm guessing that it's a rare form of bipolar condition, and the closest that doctors could come would be schizophrenia. I was reading some of Nico-Stone Rupan's Sour Sweet series and thought about that, but also decided to think of it as a rare condition. I plan to have a good back story about how she's been acting in the past and the pills that she has to take to control her condition. Maybe when she and Centaur have a one-on-one talk about it.
Besides, everyone has their own ideas on the world and the characters' backstory in their own stories.
