Space is not in any meaningful way cold, and a vacuum cannot have a temperature.
In fact, just after suffocation, being cooked alive is the second most likely way to die from space.

If space were somehow to possess enough matter to be functionally cold, it would quickly transfer away the sun's heat. Scientifically, absolute zero would be impossible because atoms would cease movement. Although, it would still be cold asf in there, I'm not trying to be pretentious just solving a minor problem.
