As a follow-up to your comment. It's kind of a delicate balance to get in this fic. It's very dubious consent (or indeed non-consent as you stated) but it's sort of a game between Luna and Celestia. If Celestia could tell Luna no, and mean it 100%, Luna would know and wouldn't have pressed the issue.
She saw the opening however, and wanted to help her sister 'relax' from a hard day of work, through ways that don't mean sleep. It turns significantly more consensual after the beginning.

This is really well written. The descriptions are intimate, visceral, and draw you into the scene. I'm interested by Luna's willingness to share her property, even if it very much on her terms. Twilight as the switch adds complexity to the set up, and I can really imagine how all her study sessions might turn into sex scenes now the precedent has been set.
It must have been even harder for this Celestia to banish Luna in the past, which is interesting to picture - if Celestia was her slave, did she still get jealous of her, enough to be corrupted, or did events play out differently?
Wearing a collar is a very public act for somepony that has always kept her sexuality private. I wonder if anyone will notice?

She doesn't typically wear the collar in public. At this point, at least, their relationship is mostly a secret thing. I'm guessing that they haven't always had so blatant of a petplay relationship for historical purposes, but if they had, perhaps Celestia did have the power to defeat her sister, but now that they're together again, she allows herself to explore her submissive side - the one that wants to give in, now that they're in a situation where Luna isn't a danger to all of society.
I should really mark this as incomplete. The patron wants to do another chapter :)
