OK...casting questions of legality aside for a moment, I've spotted a logical fallacy in Sunset's behaviour. She has no reason to go through with the...'punishment', as if she just says no, she can always come back and steal the crown later.
Not to mention cancelling the Fall Formal because of one person's actions is a surefire way to piss off the students. VIVA LA REVALUTION!
