That's the thing. The story was written on the assumption we can believe Rarity would cheat on her husband with Spike, and yet I can't see it happening. Heck, if anything. I see it being more that Rarity loves both, and is open with the two of them about it.

THANK YOU!!!!! Honestly this is a topic I have been wondering about for a super long time and I think you are the first person I have seen really even touch it even if it is a very light tough. One of the big issues I always hear from Rarity in stories is his age. So what would happen if time jumped a bit, Spike DID get older and mature and he end up running across a married Rarity after so many years. I think honestly I would LOVE to see you do more on this topic. I could see this being a series of stories from Rarity's perspective of her life and then the meeting with Spike after so many years. And then their now forbidden relationship. Oh man it wold be such a amazing read even more so from someone with your skills and talent.
