When Fluttershy is found dead not long after Sunset and her friends save Camp Everfree, Sunset is determined to use her new mind reading abilities to learn the identity of the one responsible. But the task is more difficult then she could have ever known...
What would you do if your magic made you touch the hands of killers? What would you do if your powers drove you insane? What would you do without one of your closest friends? What would you do if, after the dust settles, your old enemies... are your only friends?

Tragic, Sad, Interesting! I am not sure how I feel about Fluttershy being the one murdered but I find this too be a very interesting concept for a story and want too see what kind of turn it takes. Will we get too see more of the main six in the next chapters? It is just me but I feel the others would have shown up too the scene as well if they were aware what happened. Good so far, keep it up!
I like the story. The whole murder mystery/thriller thing is a perfect way to examine Sunset's new powers and what they mean in the larger framework of her human life and relationships. Your writing, however, needs some work. You should look into getting an editor or proofreader.
