This was adorable. I can't help but feel that there's a lot more that could be done with this but for what it is this is a very nice story. My only real qualm is that the subject seems to come out of nowhere. Though maybe that's just me. For what you were trying to do it worked exceedingly well. Good job.
The ending was just dawwww too.
