“Let me get this straight, this creature apparently saved you from not just timber wolves, but also bandits, with no previous reason to do so, and you expect us to believe you.”
“No, I expect you to act like foals like you usually do, and act on impulses, rather than thinking about it. He had nothing to gain from defeating the changelings, so why else would he have come out and help us!”
Silver roars at Rainbow Dash and the rest of the element bearers, after having explained how she was saved by me on multiple occasions. The elements, especially Rainbow Dash, however were having none of it, and refused to believe a word she said, mostly.
“Girls.”
“You really think we will believe that you were attacked by not just timber wolves, but also thugs? That is hard to believe kid, nopony would even think about trying that kind of stuff with me around.”
“Girls, I think.”
“Not now Fluttershy”
“But what if…”
“Later Fluttershy, now silver spoon, I’m starting to believe that you are helping this creature, and since you most likely are, we will have to interrogate you.”
“Rainbow Dash, you will do no such thing!”
Fluttershy shouts, after having struggled to be heard
“This creature has done nothing but good ever since it arrived here. Applejack, did you think Silver Spoon was lying?
“No, she was tellin tha truth”
Applejack replies
“And Twilight, did you not find thugs that had been frozen to the ground, unconscious, and when they woke up, did they not plead guilty to attempted foalnapping?”
“Yes, they did.” Twilight replied
“Finally, he did not harm a single hair on my head the first day we encountered him, because he saw that I didn’t want to fight.”
Fluttershy says, ending her rant.
“Oh yeah, then why did he fight us in the first place?”
Rainbow Dash interjects.
“Really, you attacked me first. When you didn’t let me leave, I figured you wouldn’t leave me alone without trying to fight and capture me. To put it mildly, you started it.”
I say, with all of the element bearers turning to look at me. Rainbow Dash has an embarrassed look on her face as she remebers what happened before the fight, while all of the other bearers face hoof.
“I totally forgot about that!” Twilight says, “I am so sorry that we tried to fight you, it’s just that…”
“I completely understand” I interject, “I probably would have done the same thing if I was put in a similar situation. Now let's let bygones be bygones, and try introductions again. I’m Jonny Bench, what are your names?”
“I am twilight sparkle, the princess of friendship and magic, and these are my friends Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Fluttershy, and Rainbow Dash. It is our pleasure to formally welcome you to Equestria.”
“It is a pleasure to be here your highness.” I reply
“Do you know what time it is?” Pinkie Pie asks
Suddenly somepony shouts “it’s muffin time!”
I grin and shout back “Actually it’s twelve thirty!”
Pinkie Pie is on the ground laughing, understanding the joke, while everypony else just gives me a confused look. When pinkie finally calms down a bit she smiles and says
“You’re both wrong, it’s party time,”pulls out a light blue cannon from her mane, and fires it.
Suddenly, everypony is inside the gingerbread looking house that I had seen before I fought the elements. I decide to just go with the flow after getting the response “don’t ask, it’s pinkie logic” when I tried to figure out how we all got to the building in the first place. After a while of partying and meeting the ponies of the town (apparently it’s called Ponyville),though I step outside to get some fresh air. When I do, Silver Spoon decides to follow me out, and bring some of her friends with her. Before she can walk up to introduce them to me though, a bright light appears in the sky, and starts to seem to be getting closer by the second. Suddenly, the strange light grows extremly bright, and whatever caused it, crash lands in the middle of the town square, causing everyone present to jump. I immediately start to run towards where the object hit, my friends following right behind me. Deciding to go against every rule I set up for myself, I say the one thing that no one ever should:
“It’s not like today can get any more exciting than it already has.”
Ten points to whoever can figure out the reference I included in this chapter. Also I know this eels rushed, It's just that I had an idea for the story line, and didn't want to forget it, which brings me to my next order of business. In the comments, I want to hear what Pokemon you would like to see in a fic. Try not to pick legendaries, and list four moves, that the Pokemon is able to learn that you would want the Pokemon to have. Top picks may be included in the story at a later date. Aww shucks, it was nothing...
If you want to have the story not feel rushed, but be able to get ideas down without forgetting them, write them down somewhere.... I have a separate document for each of my stories (i do my writing in googledocs) that is strictly for world building and storing ideas. The way you currently have this story, it reads as nothing but a bunch of micro-sized half ideas that don't seem to follow much of a plot. You really need to slow down a bit and make sure ideas are fully formed, maybe build them out a bit. You could also really do with an editor. While I tend to ignore grammar if a story is interesting enough, you should still look in to having it fixed. Please don't get discouraged from my comment, I'm not trying to stop you from writing or anything, I'm just trying to give you a bit of advice. The premise of your story is interesting, you just need to work on your delivery.
