That aside, Atomsk better not even think to declare war on Equestria now. He got THE SHIT kicked/burned out of him by Celestia on a one to one combat. He has NO chance to win after that. Especially if draon culture in your story works the way I think I do, by being defeated by celestia in such a brutal way made him lose all respect from all other dragons. Probably enough to make/force him to step down as Dragon Lord.
