7479765 that might be somewhat accurate. He didn't want to let go of the character ryan so he made some changes to events. Instead of being pulled to Equestria by all the princesses when he went into the water(when he jumped to get away from the demented cop) it happened much later in a car way after the original story. It's somewhat a sequel and somewhat a different route of events that unfold. Kinda like how in one version of a universe a coin flip goes one way but in an almost identical one the flip goes another way leading to much different events then the other one.

Interesting. And there's the mind fuck, about liking a sentient humanoid pony. Personally if i ended in Equestria after the initial melt down of not being able to get home i wouldn't have much of a problem dating a pony anthro or 4 legged, but it for sure wouldn't happen off the bat and said pony would have to be willing to go the distance.
This made me laugh my ass off for a full minute.

Well in the last story Luna was a free spirit and enjoyed doing stupid and crazy things. Twilight is the complete opposite. She is the teachers pet and tries to do things literally by the book. The serious aspect makes it realistic and very understandable.
This whole thing -minus the crossed out bits- kinda makes him sound like Charlie Harper if he actually wanted a serious relationship.
